1. Slip neck into body and out through slit in bottom of windsock of owl decoy.
2. Place cross strut in groove on back of replica owl head.
3. Pull grommet up and over peg on the top of the owl replica head.
4. Spread fake owl wings out.
5. Mount on ½” conduit or post, or hang using fishing line. [If you are in a high-wind area, it’s a good idea to secure with tape, glue or any other method.]
Move Prowler Owl Decoy occasionally so birds don’t acclimate.
